Coaching Manager
We at Border Cricket (Dept. of coaching)
are fully committed to our task and wish to make coaching and the
development of our young talented cricketers and coaches a reality
based on quality with a difference and expertise. We believe
empowerment is about creating opportunities and delivering coaching
and social processes that will directly contribute to the coaching
transformation of Border Cricket.
Over the years attitudes towards coaching and the expectations of
people in society has changed. We recognize that for some of our
stakeholders, issues surrounding our responsibilities arouse strong
views and emotions. Therefore we fully acknowledge our obligation to
conduct our business responsibly and we are committed to meeting that
obligation.
It is no easy challenge to balance the
interests of all our stakeholders, including the communities where we
operate. We do not claim to have all the answers, or to get everything
right every time. We are committed to continuous improvement and to
engage in dialogue with an open mind.
We have set ourselves a Vision to be “No.
1 for everyone”. No. 1 for all our stakeholders. We welcome
constructive views to meet this goal.
